Paul A. Wilson, PhD

O mnie
Paul  Wilson jest profesorem nadzwyczajnym kontraktowym w Instytucie Anglistyki UŁ. W 1988 roku uzyskał licencjat z psychologii na University of East London, a w 2000 stopień doktora psychologii (PhD) w Birkbeck, jednostce University of London. Jest honorowym pracownikiem naukowym tej uczelni, a przedtem był zatrudniony na obydwu tych uniwersytetach jako pracownik naukowy. Jego zainteresowania naukowe obejmują konceptualne wyrażanie emocji, wpływ emocji na metaforę i integrację konceptualną oraz amalgamację, a także porównywanie konceptualizacji i leksykalizacji emocji w różnych językach i kulturach.
